Sales Support Administrator
Location:
Amersham, Buckinghamshire (Permanent). Salary: £27500 - £29000 per annum. Posted 4 days ago.
- Receiving & processing sales orders
- Verifying orders in a timely manner and keeping a log to follow up confirmations from customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Booking in deliveries with customers
- Liaising with warehouse & logistics team to rectify any discrepancies
- Ensure tasks are carried out correctly and on schedule by all office sales support team
- Handling new enquiries in a timely manner
- Supporting office based and field sales team with other administrative tasks
- Previous experience as a sales administrator.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics or Lakeview
- A team player with a high level of dedication to ensure the job is completed by the end of the day
