Experis is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Amersham to provide bilingual support (German or French) to both internal and external customers. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining communications with service teams, managing service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. A keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are essential for success in this role.
Candidates should have previous experience in customer service and be comfortable with MS Office applications.
