Space Modern provides luxury designer Italian furniture with an interior design service for every part of the home from its 10,000 sqft lifestyle showroom at Sky House Design Centre Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 6FT

We are looking for an Interior Design & Business Development Manager who has the ability to sell our hi‑end products to customers with space planning and assist with the day-to-day operational tasks that are required to ensure the smooth running of a high-end contemporary furniture showroom.

Drive sales of high‑end furniture and service offerings, manage showroom operations, provide design consultations, develop marketing content, and support day‑to‑day retail operations.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Interior design/furniture experience – highly desired.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design (e.g., Sketch Up).
• Marketing experience with social media and web content uploading.
• Graphic design proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Ability to commute/relocate: reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Experience:

Retail sales, 1 year (preferred);
Customer service, 1 year (preferred).

Driving licence: preferred.

Pay:
From £26,000.00 per year. We offer a competitive salary that will depend on experience.
