Pay: £85 – £110 per day

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in education and SEN support? A welcoming school in Amersham is seeking a motivated graduate to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of psychology in a practical setting, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist with implementing behaviour strategies and personalised learning plans
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to support pupil development
• Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

• Degree in Psychology or related field
• Passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing
• Understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies (training provided)
• Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
