Secondary Cover Teacher – January Start
Location:
Great Missenden | Full Time | £140 – £250 per day
Are you a passionate and reliable secondary teacher seeking a new opportunity this September?
We are currently working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Great Missenden looking to appoint a full-time Cover Teacher from September 2025
. The school is open to subject specialisms, but would ideally welcome teachers with a background in English, Maths, or Science
.
- Full-time cover across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom behaviour
- Support students with their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Have UK classroom experience (secondary level)
- Hold QTS or be an experienced cover supervisor/unqualified teacher
- Be confident delivering lessons across the curriculum
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Competitive daily rate of £120 – £170, depending on experience
- Supportive school with welcoming staff and leadership team
- Long-term position with the potential to go permanent
