Dr Challoner's has 1387 students, of which 470 are in the Sixth Form. In this role you will lead and manage our Art team, ensuring high standards of learning and teaching across all key stages.

You should have QTS and a degree in an Art-related subject, and extensive experience of teaching Art at all levels.

Experience of leading a team or coaching/mentoring other staff is desirable but not essential.
