September 2026 A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Amersham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team, with interviews taking place w/c 13th July 2026 ahead of a September 2026 start. Key Responsibilities Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and associated learning difficulties Providing one-to-one and small-group interventions tailored to individual pupil needs Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Encouraging pupils' independence, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to observations, reviews, and support plans Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child
