• Full‑time (Monday to Friday).
• Supporting Early Years pupils within a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
• Providing tailored support for children with a range of SEN, including communication and interaction needs, autism, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
• Delivering small‑group and one‑to‑one interventions to support children’s learning, communication, and social development.
• Taking observations, monitoring progress, and contributing to individual learning plans and support strategies.
• Working closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.
• Long‑term opportunity for the full academic year, with training and progression available.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, BA).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A*–C / 9–4).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
• Experience carrying out Early Years observations and assessments.
• Experience supporting children with SEN in an Early Years, nursery, or primary school setting is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of inclusive practice and the ability to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Confident, patient, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Team player who is adaptable, committed, and passionate about early childhood education.
