Tip Top Job is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to work with students in Key Stage 3 and 4 across local secondary schools. This role focuses on SEMH needs, providing 1:1 and small group mentoring to help students regulate emotions and stay engaged.
The position runs during typical school hours, term-time only, with a daily rate of £90–£95 and weekly pay on Fridays. An Enhanced DBS is preferred and safeguarding commitment is essential.
