We're looking for a detail focused, tech curious person to support our Technical Services team. You'll help onboard new partners, maintain digital assets, and resolve technical queries, working closely with the Technical Services Lead as you grow your skills

What You'll Do
  • Set up new partners and support website integrations
  • Create and maintain widgets, embeds and other digital assets
  • Troubleshoot basic website, HTML and CSS issues
  • Handle routine technical queries and escalate when needed
  • Keep documentation and records accurate and up to date
  • Contribute to internal knowledge and process improvements
What You'll Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
  • Comfortable working with websites and digital tools
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Bonus point for:
  • Experience in technical support or operations
  • Familiarity with websites, digital products or HTML
  • Experience with ticketing or CRM systems
Who You Are
  • This role would suit a recent graduate with some experience of office life, or someone with a level headed approach and a few years experience post education in an office role with an interest in web services.
  • Impeccable communication skills are essential, you'll need to deal with customers on the phone and on teams, often with a maturity and sensitivity
  • Curious, reliable, methodical, collaborative and able to work independently.
