We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing commercial team. This client-facing role combines new business development, account management, and technical insurance expertise.
You’ll inherit a book of business and focus on strengthening client relationships, driving growth, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities as a Insurance Account Executive:

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships

* Generate new business through networking and referrals

* Manage renewals, negotiations, and policy reviews

* Provide tailored commercial insurance advice

* Ensure FCA compliance and accurate record keeping

* Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements as a Insurance Account Executive:

* Proven experience in commercial insurance

* Strong new business and retention track record

* Solid market and underwriting knowledge

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Acturis experience desirable

* CII/ACII qualified or working towards
