Position Overview

The Sr Manager, Projects – Supply Chain Productivity, reports to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Performance within Global Distribution Operations (UK). The role drives continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse & Logistics, identifying and validating opportunities with cross‑functional teams while focusing on quality, on‑time delivery, and cost.

What You Will Do
  • Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in quality, delivery and cost that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools and the change‑management process.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end view, to align and build a kaizen funnel to enable the team to execute on prioritized events.
  • Facilitate continuous‑improvement initiatives that comply with the kaizen process, managing through the funnel from idea inception to sustained results.
  • Partner with manufacturing sites and distribution to identify and execute on process improvement with a holistic view.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years’ experience in operations or a DBS role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess metrics and situations holistically.
  • Rigorous data‑driven problem solver with a proven track record in the delivery of continuous improvement.
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel 25‑50% globally.
Preferred Experience
  • Project‑management and cross‑functional improvement experience in operational and transactional settings.
  • Complex problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify productivity opportunities.
  • Statistical/data analytics and tracking of dollar savings.
