Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support development and deployment of communication tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. The role contributes to campaign execution, content coordination, and channel performance tracking, using insights to help optimize delivery.

Location:

Amersham (on-site). Reports to Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications.

• Assist in creating and publishing content across integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate updates to content repositories, campaign tracking, and feedback cycles.
• Stay current on contemporary marketing tools, including AI applications.
• Support campaign deployment within budget and according to brief.
• Help track performance and recommend improvements to tactics.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign or content support roles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Reliable in managing executional tasks across teams and tools.
• Committed to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Experience managing high‑volume asset production and lifecycle workflows; proficient in project management.
• Experience working with external partners (agencies, publishers, or media vendors).
• Experience navigating structured approval workflows in regulated or complex environments.
• Exposure to messaging frameworks or structured content planning tools; ability to translate inputs from SMEs or strategy into executable content formats.

• Ability to travel for annual planning meetings, events/workshops 10‑15%.
