Ames Laboratory is a U.S. Department of Energy federally contracted National Laboratory located in Ames, Iowa, on the campus of Iowa State University. Ames Lab is seeking a Procurement Assistant. This position would process and accurately key purchase requisitions into Costpoint, ensuring compliance with internal and external procurement policies. Provide administrative support to the procurement team and assist with resolving requisition or order-related inquiries from internal customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the procurement system, including certificates of insurance, active representations and certifications, and W-9 forms.

This position will be on-site, M-F with the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is a 1-year term appointment.
