Oline Construction is growing in the Midwest and looking for a General Superintendent to lead construction operations across our Midwest projects. Traveling required. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to shape field execution, mentor teams, and uphold the quality and safety standards that define Oline’s reputation.
The ideal candidate is an experienced builder with a background in concrete, or large-scale construction, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams from the ground up.

What You’ll Do- Lead field operations across multiple projects in the greater Midwest region
- Oversee and mentor project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams
- Partner closely with project managers, preconstruction, and safety teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Plan and manage manpower allocation and subcontractor coordination
- Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development
- Represent Oline with professionalism and integrity on every jobsite
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (industrial, tilt-wall, concrete, or ground-up projects preferred)
- Proven track record leading large field teams and complex builds
- Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field sequencing
- Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, especially concrete and tilt-wall
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — a true team builder
- Ability to travel within the Midwest region as needed
