Responsibilities- Direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
- Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking‑related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces.
- Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces.
- Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized parking environment.
- Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement, if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary depending on local regulations).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
- Previous experience in parking management, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with event attendees.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high‑pressure situations with composure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
