Responsibilities
:
Travel assignments with Key Rehab range from 4 to 12 weeks
, depending on location and need. Enjoy hourly pay along with stipends for housing and meals
. You'll collaborate with fellow Key Rehab employees to support staffing needs, cover FMLA absences, and assist with new program start-ups.
Qualifications
: Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must be graduates of an accredited therapy program and hold an active therapy license in the state of practice.
- All job responsibilities must be performed in compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and in adherence to state and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
:
- Experience in geriatric care, specifically in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), or Home Health (HH)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the geriatric population and their unique needs
- Solid understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
