Overview
Job opportunity for an RN specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities- Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for patients, including patient and family education.
- Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintains professional nursing standards in a clinical setting.
- Patient population primarily adult-geriatric.
- Requires 2+ years of NICU experience and strong clinical skills; travel healthcare experience preferred.
- Iowa state license and current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel assignments.
- Schedule:
36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts. - Start date:
July 21, 2025. - Compensation: $10,882 per month.
- Benefits include travel and housing, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and professional development.
- All compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance, including background check and drug screening.
