McFarland Clinic is accepting applications for a Receptionist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service‑oriented, a team player, and able to provide extraordinary care to patients daily.

• Maintain reception desk activities, including greeting patients and visitors, scheduling, and providing instruction as needed in accordance with McFarland Clinic9s Core Values and Promise.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
• Experience:
  
  Prefer one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting; keyboard and computer experience; completion of Medical Terminology class within one year of employment.
• Receptionist experience is preferred but not required.

• Days:
  Monday – Friday
• Hours:
  
  7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Starting pay: $16.00/hr
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
