• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with meals, mobility, medication reminders, and personal care
• Support with routine tasks that help clients stay safe and independent
• Document care provided and report any changes in condition
• Communicate professionally with families and care teams

• Enjoy working one‑on‑one with older adults
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or hospitality (1+ year preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
