Do meaningful clinical work and make a real difference!

Sierra Sage Treatment Center provides residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Our youth often come to us with complex histories involving trauma, abuse, neglect, substance use, mental health and behavioral challenges. Through individualized treatment, accredited education and a normalized high school experience, we help them build the skills and confidence for healthier futures.

We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist (MFT, LCSW, or CPC) to join our team of compassionate clinicians and youth advocates.

Why Sierra Sage?

Focus on clinical impact.

Unlike private practice and high-volume outpatient settings, your success here isn’t measured by how many clients you can fit into a day. You’ll have the time and support to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and address needs that go far beyond a 50-minute weekly session.

Work as part of a true treatment team.

You’ll collaborate with other clinicians, educators, medical staff, youth care workers, and other professionals working from one integrated treatment plan. Our residential model allows you to see the bigger picture and help shape treatment beyond the therapy room.

Invest in your growth—on our dime.

We provide paid clinical supervision toward licensure, plus training and certification opportunities in evidence-based practices. Build your clinical expertise while advancing your career.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling, case management, and treatment coordination.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical, educational, and residential team.
  • Build expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness, stages of change, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based approaches.
  • Evaluate progress toward treatment goals and maintain timely clinical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Current professional licensure as required in the State of Nevada.
  • Empathetic, patient, collaborative, and committed to helping young people succeed.
  • At least one year of experience working with youth or adolescent females.
  • Commitment to maintaining required CEUs and licensure.
  • Current driver's license and acceptable three-year driving record.
  • Ability to complete required background check, drug screen, and TB test.
Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000/year
, based on experience and licensure, plus:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 403(b) with up to a 6% company match after one year
  • Paid Time Off and paid holidays
  • Paid clinical supervision
  • Professional development and training opportunities
