Senior In-house Attorney – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (Relocation assistance offered)

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and manage litigation. Responsibilities will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our evolving industry.

• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Manage litigation.

• Strong academic and professional background
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
• Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed
