The Director of Payer Relations will lead the organization's overall payer strategy, contract negotiations, and payer performance management. This role serves as the primary liaison with commercial payers, overseeing rate negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and reimbursement methodology analysis. The Director will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership to align payer arrangements with organizational goals, including value based care and risk based reimbursement models, while monitoring payer performance, addressing denial trends, and identifying opportunities to reduce revenue leakage.

This position also leads payer facing meetings, manages network participation strategy, and delivers executive level reporting on payer mix and net revenue performance.
