• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage loan processing procedures in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and collections professionally and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the collections or payday loan industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling financial transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of loan processing and collections practices is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.
