Job DescriptionAdministers vaccinations to patients in accordance with policies, standards, and regulations. Assesses patients through screening and completes accurate clinical documentation. Coordinates vaccination site setup with Walgreens liaisons and manages timely documentation. Communicates patient status changes promptly to staff and maintains effective communication with team members. Uses technology efficiently for documenting care and coordinating during vaccination clinics. Participates in on-call responsibilities as assigned and ensures smooth clinic operations.

As assigned, may include on-call duties.

Education/Licenses NeededActive, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in practice state(s). Current CPR certification.
ExperienceMinimum two years in specialty nursing care and at least three months in Home Health.
