Experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Concierge Medicine

This role will operate within a unique healthcare model that emphasizes personalized attention and accessibility. Our work facility is designed to foster a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where patients can feel  a part of our on-site team, you will integrate house call services, allowing you to meet patients in the comfort of their homes. This helps you develop a more profound understanding of their health needs and living conditions, thereby enabling more effective treatment strategies.

• Patient Care Delivery:
  Provide expert care to patients aged 6 and older, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating individualized treatment plans that focus on wellness and preventive health.
• Telehealth Services:
  Employ telehealth technology to extend healthcare services to patients, using tailored approaches that address their specific medical needs. Deliver follow-up care and consultations, ensuring a continual connection with patients even outside traditional office hours.
• Schedule Management:
  Adapt your consultation schedule to accommodate patient availability, effectively balancing the need for timely care with the demands of a dynamic work environment.
• Service Structuring:
  Develop and define the medical offerings of your practice, aiming to address the unique needs of your patient demographic, while ensuring that your fee structure aligns with the quality of care provided.
• Community Engagement:
  Actively participate in local health initiatives and community outreach programs to enhance public awareness about healthcare services while building professional networks within the community.

Our patient population includes individuals and families aged 6 and above who seek primary care in a setting that values longer appointment times and personalized interactions. You will work closely with this demographic to cultivate trusting relationships, supporting them not just in times of illness but also in achieving their overall health goals.

• Active Nurse Practitioner License:
  Candidates must possess an active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Nevada, along with board certification in a relevant field.
• Clinical
  
  Experience:
  
  A minimum of one year of clinical experience post-licensure with a focus on family medicine or primary care is required.
• Full Practice Authority:
  The ideal candidate will have full practice authority in the state of Nevada or have an established collaborative agreement with a supervising physician.
• Malpractice Insurance:
  Candidates should maintain active malpractice insurance coverage throughout their employment with us.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, additional experience in concierge or house call services is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health management systems can greatly enhance your effectiveness in delivering patient-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, supplemented by bonus incentives tied to quality care outcomes.
