Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be an important part of a busy veterinary hospital, helping clients, supporting veterinarians and students, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (some holiday shifts required)

What You'll Do- Greet clients and assist with check-in and appointment scheduling.
- Answer phones and respond to client questions.
- Coordinate patient visits and emergency appointments.
- Maintain and organize medical records.
- Assist with billing, payments, and client communications.
- Support doctors, students, and staff with administrative needs.
- Help keep the reception area organized and welcoming.

Preferred Qualifications- Prior receptionist experience within a large or small animal clinic.
- Customer service experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Experience with payment processing, invoicing and/or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or client management software.
- Associate's degree or coursework in veterinary technology, animal science, or related field.
