• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in finding products and solutions.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and store policies.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified and maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, and product signage as directed by leadership.
• Learn operational procedures related to merchandise setup, stock management, and store profitability, and apply them to improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times and report hazards as appropriate.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times as needed.

• Capable of remaining mobile during shifts and handling merchandise safely, including occasional lifting up to 44 pounds.
