Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Communicate and interact with guests to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns.
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations.
• Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings and services. Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Manage greeting guests, assisting with daily tasks, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; direct guests to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Understand and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Demonstrate how to use the Target App features including Wallet.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; gather unpurchased items, baskets and hangers for removal.
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available to guests.
• Operate with a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; follow all safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders, DU Returns and comply with related laws and policies.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, with physical requirements including lifting weights as specified by job duties.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile during shift length.
• Comfort with working in varying temperatures and conditions relevant to duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
