Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform them of unavailable products, and offer alternatives.
• Respectfully manage transactions, process payments, utilize cash registers, and maintain merchandise organization.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facility, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, provide exceptional customer service, and keep the parking lot tidy.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and continue to improve processes with feedback.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties.
