Outside Sales Representative

Seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, and conducting on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services. The successful candidate will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain accurate client information in CRM. They will aim to meet or exceed sales quotas while collaborating with service and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in related industries
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, receptive to coaching
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance compliance
