We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and onsite bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation, with financial assistance provided.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools to resolve issues

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Ovens, fryers, steam kettles
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop units
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI
• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment service, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and gas systems
