Salary Range: $55.00/Hr. to $62.00/Hr.

Compensation and benefits for this role are governed by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additional hourly incentives may apply depending on the project. Candidates who are not currently members of the union will be required to join the IBEW upon hire.

The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric’s Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Cupertino Electric is seeking a seasoned and highly capable Foreman and General Foreman to oversee the management and coordination of large-scale electrical construction projects. The Foreman is responsible for managing multiple Journeyman and the General Foreman is responsible for managing multiple foremen, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, driving productivity, and ensuring that all electrical work is completed on time and within budget.

This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local building codes.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams across various job sites.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between field crews, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts on the job.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
