The position is centralized in the Ames office with some work‑from‑home flexibility and associated travel.

What You’ll DoThe Contract Monitor oversees specified Host Homes in the Northwest and Central Iowa area. They are responsible for oversight of services and communication with interdisciplinary team members. Contract Monitors ensure contractual compliance and that assigned independent providers are providing quality care and meeting contractual requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and for individuals served in the host home program.
- Working directly with assigned host homes to provide support, assistance, and instruction that facilitate personal growth and independence.
- Facilitating and participating in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers.
This is a salaried position generally following standard Monday–Friday business hours. Flexibility may occasionally be required for evenings or weekends, and an on‑call rotation may be requested. We strive to maintain a flexible schedule to support work–life balance.
What You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience.
- OR Associates Degree and three years of related experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience, with additional supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, good driving record, and ability to pass an extensive background check (including Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, and criminal history).
