Workiva's GRC Enablement team seeks a Staff Data Engineer to own Postgres schema design, transactional data models, and extraction that feeds OLAP systems. You will lead a hands-on data lifecycle from transactional models to BI and history marts, partnering with the OLAP specialist and platform data teams.
You will mentor engineers, establish schema standards, and drive data quality, reliability, and security across regulated release pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
