Pearson is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach – Engineering Operative (Maintainer) to support and develop apprentices in Tidworth. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and conducting assessments to ensure apprentices achieve their Engineering Operative Apprenticeship Standard.
We're looking for individuals with a strong engineering maintenance background who are passionate about developing the next generation of talent through effective coaching methodologies and workplace observations.
