Home Care Assistant Job Description

Experience is not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role of a home care assistant includes:

providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care, meal preparation, carrying out light domestic duties, supporting clients with accessing the community.

  • You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's licence and access to a car
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives
  • Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner
