Southern Water seeks a Digital Demand and Business Analysis Manager to lead end-to-end demand management for digital initiatives. You will own intake governance, prioritise demand pipelines and provide decision-ready insight to enable portfolio planning and capacity management.
You will shape the Business Analysis function, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent standards across the demand and delivery lifecycle, while engaging senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value.
