Senior Commercial Manager - Gas Infrastructure
Job Type: Contract (2-year project)
Location:
Cheshire / North West. Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
A UK infrastructure contractor is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial position on a gas infrastructure project. You'll be the senior commercial lead from start to final account. The role covers CVR, forecasting and reporting to senior management, managing change and compensation events, setting subcontract strategy and working closely with the client's commercial team. You'll also support and develop the QSs on the project.
Experience- Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Manager experience with a contractor
- A background in infrastructure, utilities or energy projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- A proven track record in CVR, forecasting and change management
- Experience leading or mentoring a commercial team
- Gas sector experience is desirable
- Up to £700 a day
- [IR35 status]
- 2-year project
- Hybrid working
