About you
You are hands on and practical, and you enjoy being part of a busy production team. You already have at least two years experience in large format printing, print finishing or signage production, so you understand the pace and pressure that comes with a full order book. When workload increases, you stay focused and organised rather than flustered. You take pride in what leaves the workshop and you care about quality.
If something is not right, you sort it. You want a role where you can contribute straight away and feel valued for the experience you bring.
Your experience
You have solid experience in large format print and signage production, including finishing work such as trimming, mounting, laminating and vinyl application. You are comfortable working with a range of substrates and materials and understand the basics of signage manufacture. Ideally, you have operated large format printers, laminators and vinyl plotters, and you know how to work safely and efficiently around production equipment.
You are used to working to deadlines and maintaining standards even when things are busy.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will support the production team with the printing and finishing of large format graphics and signage projects. This will include preparing artwork for print, operating equipment where required, finishing graphics to a high standard and making sure everything is ready for installation on time. With the recent upturn in confirmed projects, you will play an important part in keeping workflow moving and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Your experience will allow you to get involved quickly and add value from day one.
