Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Seasoned Retail Operations Manager for a client in the Amesbury, MA area. Must be on-site. 150-200k pending experience. No 3rd party applicants will be considered.

We’re looking for a seasoned construction leader to oversee all build, renovation, and maintenance projects across our retail network. In this role, you’ll guide project teams, manage contractors, and ensure every site meets our quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Lead end-to-end construction and refurbishment projects, keeping them on time, on budget, and aligned with company standards.
• Manage teams handling construction, maintenance, and site upgrades.
• Serve as the technical expert for engineering, design decisions, and site inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, landlords, developers, and local authorities to secure permits, approvals, and smooth project delivery.
• Review site plans, building layouts, estimates, and engineering designs; offer cost‑effective solutions where needed.
• Oversee capital and operating budgets for construction and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, schedule tracking, and change‑management processes.
