Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering instructions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and enclosures.
- Install components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring harnesses.
- Perform soldering, crimping, and routing of wires and cables.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper function.
- Perform continuity tests and troubleshoot wiring issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and standards at all times.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality control staff to resolve assembly issues.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, reach and carry, or otherwise move objects exerting up to 75 pounds force.
- Daily walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines; using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
