Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour

Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress
• Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and facility operations

Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
