Job Type: Full-Time

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Physician
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
