The RoleOur Client Service Representatives are the first hello and the last goodbye—aka the heart of the front desk. As a CSR, you’ll juggle phones, emails, and scheduling with a smile, making sure every client (and their furry sidekick) feels welcomed and cared for. You’ll be the calm in a busy day, the problem solver when things get tricky, and the warm connection that turns a vet visit into a positive experience.
WhatWe’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in a veterinary or medical setting preferred (but we’ll happily train the right fit)
- A natural communicator who thrives on connecting with people and pets alike
- Organized, adaptable, and steady under pressure (bonus points if you can do all that while offering belly rubs)
