As a key member of the Cumberland Collaborative, you will provide full-scope primary health care and participate in a supportive team environment. This role includes opportunities for Hospitalist and Emergency work, ensuring a rich mix of experiences. You will also engage in continuous medical education and promote quality improvement initiatives across the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems
• Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities
• Attend regular team meetings to enhance collaboration
• Engage in medical education and development activities
Requirements:
• Valid medical license to practice in Nova Scotia
• Experience in family practice and team-based care
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to provide care within a diverse community
• Willingness to participate in teaching medical learners
