This full-time role requires a Civil, Environmental, or Geological Engineering degree, with at least five years of relevant experience, including three years in supervisory positions. You'll drive safety initiatives, assist in project design and implementation, and guide hydrotechnical engineering efforts. Strong leadership and communication skills are critical in this collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct dam safety inspections and fieldwork
• Prepare emergency and maintenance plans for dams
• Lead design and cost estimates for projects
• Provide civil engineering support for project proposals
• Collaborate with management on resource and budget planning
Requirements:
• Civil, Environmental, or Geological Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years in water resources engineering
• Experience in supervisory roles is essential
• Strong skills in project and contract management
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
