Position: IT Support Specialist Entry-Level Role
Step into a rewarding role as a Junior IT Support Specialist at our Manufacturing Plant in Amherst, NS. You will focus on user support, hardware management, and technical troubleshooting within a friendly team.

This entry-level position seeks a recent graduate or equivalent experience in IT. You'll provide Tier 1 and designated Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 and assist in deploying user hardware. Key tasks include documenting issues and maintaining IT system records, offering you a comprehensive introduction to the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via the IT Ticketing System

• Provision and manage end-user hardware and devices

• Facilitate user account tasks in Microsoft 365 and Entra

• Keep asset records, software updates, and compliance

• Assist customers with Video Management Systems support

Requirements:

• Recent IT program graduate or similar experience

• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and basic network principles

• Experience with IT support workflows

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs
