As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate a unionized team of 18-20 members, driving preventive maintenance initiatives and managing immediate repair needs. You will engage actively with team members, promote a positive work environment, and uphold strict safety and hygiene standards. Your experience and leadership will empower the team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventative maintenance and operational repairs

• Liaise with contractors and regulatory bodies

• Delegate and empower team members effectively

• Review work order closeouts and manage inventory

• Foster a culture of teamwork and communication

Requirements:

• DEC in industrial mechanics/electrotechnics or DEP in electromechanics

• 3-5 years in a supervisory maintenance role

• Familiarity with food production environments

• Competent in maintenance scheduling software

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
