Sanitation Supervisor

Position: Sanitation Supervisor at Wonderbrands
Take the lead as a Sanitation Supervisor at Wonderbrands, ensuring cleanliness across all bakery operations. Your expertise in sanitation and team leadership will enhance food safety standards implemented throughout the site.

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will supervise the Sanitation Team, training staff and developing a strong culture around food safety and cleanliness.

Your role involves overseeing compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards to prevent contamination and maintenance of the Master Sanitation Schedule. Your attention to detail ensures all processes align with Wonderbrands’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily sanitation tasks and assign responsibilities

• Coordinate sanitation activities for compliance with SSOPs

• Develop and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule

• Perform routine sanitation inspections and communicate results

• Train and mentor sanitation team members effectively

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a sanitation environment, food experience preferred

• Proven leadership skills with a team of 10-15 members

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations

• Physically capable of performing sanitation duties
